Journal of Global Arts Studies (JGAS) is a peer-reviewed academic journal publishing research on global arts, cultural studies, and related interdisciplinary fields. The journal focuses on scholarship that examines artistic practice, cultural production, aesthetic inquiry, and the circulation, interpretation, and transformation of art across cultural, regional, historical, social, and technological contexts.

JGAS publishes original research articles, review articles, and other scholarly materials that fall within the aims and scope of the journal. Manuscripts are considered on a rolling basis and are assigned to an issue after editorial assessment, peer review where applicable, acceptance, copyediting, and production.
